Alan brings more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology working for Fortune 500 Companies. His passion for "dreams, community service, and people first" led to the start of DILnui.

Alan has served in leadership roles in Digital Transformation, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Enterprise Integration, Software Development, and Global Mergers & Acquisitions. Alan is responsible for continued company growth, client relationships, strategic partnerships & mergers, and most important, to ensure we hold true to our mission, core beliefs, and purpose.

Alan holds Degrees in Applied Mathematics from Ohio University and Computer Science from Cleveland State University.

Vibha Soni

Vibha joined DILNui as Chief Operating Officer in February 2020. Prior to joining DILNui, Vibha spent six years in a leadership role, leading and building a diverse infrastructure team for a Fortune 500 company, The J.M. Smucker Company.

Vibha has 20 years of experience in Corporate IT and Management Consulting. She has overseen large projects in Software Development, Infrastructure and Cloud technologies in Manufacturing, Finance, Consumer Package Goods, and Pharmaceutical Industries. At DILNui she is responsible for overseeing the operational functions and leading the company’s strategic growth efforts.

Vibha has a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering and a MS Degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Akron.

Mustafa Sakalsiz

Mustafa has over 18 years of experience in Information Technology. A Serial Entrepreneur Mustafa has served as Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Companies in Turkey.

Mustafa has worked with some of the largest companies and agencies across Europe and Turkey within the Government, Energy, Telecommunications, Banking & Financial industries. With his leadership, the Software Engineers in Turkey are NATO and CMMI Level 3 Certified, and have worked and implemented emerging technologies like Blockchain, and No-Code Low-Code platforms. Mustafa is responsible for DILnui's strategic technical direction, client project staffing, and company growth across Europe and Asia.

Mustafa holds a BS Degree in Computer Science from Bilkent University (Turkey) and an Executive MBA Degree from the University of Michigan & Bilkent University.

Rajesh Gudapati

Rajesh has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He has held various positions from Software Engineer, Consultant, to Senior Management at Fortune 500 Companies in the United States, Canada, and India.

Rajesh has performed in different capacities within the Software Development Lifecycle, and has hands-on experience across myriad technologies and platforms. Rajesh is responsbile for DILnui's managed services, quality automation, resource management, and strategic growth within India.

Rajesh holds a BS Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Computer Science from Andhra University (India) and an MS Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo (Canada).
